Asma Begum Online Sales Management provides custom online sales management and e-commerce support services. Because these services involve time, planning, and direct work on your project, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work and the agreed project scope.

Custom Service Nature
All services provided by Asma Begum Online Sales Management are custom in nature. This includes product listing work, product description writing, account organization, inventory tracking support, and other e-commerce workflow tasks. Because work is tailored to each client's specific products, platform, and needs, standard retail refund policies do not apply.
Before Work Begins
If you have made a payment and work has not yet started, a refund may be considered upon request. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel before work begins.
Refund requests for pre-work cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any time spent on planning, communication, or project preparation prior to the cancellation request may be considered in the refund determination.
After Work Has Started
If work has already started on your project, a partial refund or no refund may apply, depending on:
- The amount of time spent on the project to date
- The tasks completed or partially completed
- The percentage of the agreed project scope that has been fulfilled
- Any materials, drafts, or deliverables already provided
In-progress work represents real time and effort. Partial refunds, if applicable, will reflect the portion of the project not yet completed at the time of the cancellation request.
Completed and Delivered Work
Work that has been completed and delivered to the client — including product listings, product descriptions, account organization documents, inventory notes, or other agreed deliverables — is generally not refundable once it has been delivered and accepted.
If you receive completed work and have a concern about quality or scope, please contact us promptly. Concerns about completed deliverables should be raised before the project is considered closed.
Revision Requests
Revision requests should be handled according to the agreed project scope. If revisions are included in the agreed project, they will be completed as part of the original agreement. Revisions outside the agreed scope may require a separate arrangement.
Dissatisfaction with the outcome of a completed and delivered project does not automatically entitle the client to a full refund, particularly when work was completed according to the agreed scope.
No Refunds for Third-Party Outcomes
Refunds are not provided based on outcomes outside the control of this business, including but not limited to:
- Marketplace decisions about your listings or account
- Sales results or revenue generated from completed listings
- Platform policy changes affecting your account
- Customer purchasing behavior
- Shipping or fulfillment outcomes
